MARIO MARIANI
This is a furnace which follows the tradition of an ancient family of kiln owners of Impruneta. The production is an artisan one both for the working techniques and for the drying process. The production of basins, pitchers and bricks strictly follows the traditional rules. The architectural structure of the brickworks is the one that better preserves the typical plan of the Impruneta furnaces. The ample courtyard, the additional arcade from which there is access to the working area and the loading area of the kiln is on the upper floor. The opening of the kiln is on the ground floor. The clay storage is at the back on the side of the hill.
