The crafted cotto made by CHITI of Impruneta has all the charm of antique traditions because it respects the cultural and professional continuity of Impruneta’s potters and tile makers. Only natural materials are used and the traditional procedures give us decorative items, garden furnishings, and building materials that conserve their warm and solid worth throughout time. Each piece is hand-made, just as tradition dictates. Therefore, the rough and uneven surfaces bear the marks of the artisans’ hands, totally rejecting the perfect anonymity of mass production.
