The wine produced in this area is called “Colli Fiorentini”. This name is bind to the old tradition that indicated as Vinum Florentinum the wine produced in the hills of Florence.

Still today in Impruneta there are many kilns that works a particular kind of clay with traditional methods. It’s called terracotta, because of its reddish-brown colour.
